All we need is a valid and current resale tax certificate on file and you can begin shopping at wholesale pricing.  Please email certificate to wholesale@forgivenjewelry.com or fax certificate toll free to 1-877-245-5455. 

Once we receive your tax certificate we will email you a coupon code to use during the checkout process that gives you the wholesale discount off the retail prices listed.  Or you may phone, fax or email orders to us.
