FORGIVEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that buying jewelry and apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations within 30 days of original purchase date.

Items purchased on forgivenjewelry.com can be returned to back to Forgiven Jewelry with a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" appoval verification via mail (USPS) using the instructions below.

Before a return can be processed a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" appoval verification must be established, please review the following guidelines:

Clothing Returns

Forgiven Jewelry would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations. Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags.

Jewelry Returns:

Please return all jewelry items in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Defective Products

Forgiven Jewelry will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please return it along with a completed return form explaining the defect. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. Forgiven Jewelry will reimburse shipping charges (up to $5.00) on any item found to be defective.
